The Thomas More University President’s Society presents an Evening of Innovation featuring Dr. Doug Flora, LSSBB, executive director of St. Elizabeth Cancer Center. This talk took place on April 26, 2023, at the newly opened Cancer Center on the St. Elizabeth Hospital campus in Edgewood, Kentucky. Dr. Flora discussed innovative health initiatives, especially as they relate to cancer treatment in the region and nation.

The evening kicked off with President Joseph L. Chillo, LP.D., speaking to innovation as it presents itself on campus at Thomas More University, which led to the introduction of Robert Sathe, long time friend of the University and former chair of the President’s Giving Society. Sathe introduced Dr. Flora who is building the premier cancer care center in the region and country at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
