John D. (Jack) Rudnick, Jr., Ed.D. (College of Business) and Fr. Raymond Enzweiler (College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences) collaborated with international colleague Fr. Srećko Koralija, O.P., of Split, Croatia, to publish the article “Leadership Dynamics, Transparency, and Governance During Crisis in Religious Organizations: Discussing the Roman Catholic Church’s Centralized Authority.”

The article appears in both the online and print editions of the International Journal of Leadership Studies (IJLS), a peer-reviewed publication housed within the University of Richmond’s (VA) scholarly repository. While the IJLS Repository provides worldwide access to research, intellectual contributions, and creative works, the Rudnick–Enzweiler team was invited to contribute to a special issue examining the effectiveness of leadership structures within faith communities.
