Saints Spotlight spoke with the new dean of the College of Business about his goals and vision as he began his first academic year at Thomas More. Rosenthal has more than 25 years of higher education experience which includes more than 17 years in academic leadership. Before making the jump into higher education, he was a business person and spent several years overseas, both in Europe and Asia, where he found a passion for Japanese culture and became fluent in both written and spoken Japanese. He relies on his extensive business background to help determine his direction as a leader in higher education but he also has a creative side having spent time during his undergrad in illustration and advertising.
