THOMAS MORE UNIVERSITY CELEBRATES 7TH ANNUAL SAINTS SERVE DAY
Students, Faculty, and Staff Give Back to the Communit by Supporting 58 Regional Organizations
CRESTVIEW HILLS, Ky., – (Oct. 28, 2026) On Oct. 13, 2026, Thomas More University celebrated its seventh Saints Serve Day – a tradition that unites the University community through service and connection.
Established in 2021, Saints Serve saw more than 1,100 Thomas More students, faculty, staff, alumni, and trustees who opted to take the “day on, rather than a day off” to give back to 58 community nonprofits and civic organizations across Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. Normal campus activities were suspended so all traditional students and employees could participate.
“Service and stewardship are two of our four Characteristics of a Saint. Along with hospitality and humility, they reflect the values at the heart of who we are as a University and, more importantly, who we strive to become, “said Joseph L. Chillo, LP.D., president of Thomas More University. “When we serve we discover that even small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference, and I hope that Saints Serve becomes more than a day on the calendar—I hope it becomes a habit of the heart.”
