Saints Spotlight interviewed Yvan Demosthene, one of the investors of Dead Low Brewing, the brewery that crafted Saintenni-ale for the 100 anniversary celebration. Yvan also happens to be an alumnus, adjunct professor, and member of the Alumni Board. So what was his journey to a Thomas More education like? Yvan shares his experience and some advice.
