THOMAS MORE COLLEGE HOSTS 4TH ANNUAL
FALL WALK OCT. 5 AT WILLIAM S. BRYANT ARBORETUM

Event to Coordinate with TMC Homecoming Activities

As the air turns crisp and the leaves change colors, Thomas More College’s campus in Crestview Hills will be full of life during the upcoming 4th Annual Fall Walk at the William S. Bryant Arboretum on Saturday, October 5, 2013.  The approximate 1.5-hour walk will be led by TMC Professor Emeritus Dr. William S. Bryant. Held the morning of the college’s homecoming festivities, the Fall Walk is free and open to the public.

The event begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Villa, located in the Administration Building in the heart of Thomas More’s campus.  Participants will enjoy a tour of the arboretum and discussion about the different trees and their changing colors. Following the walk (at approximately 11 a.m.), a tree planting will be held in honor of former TMC Professor of Biology Dr. Fred Humphreys (1952–2000). Comfortable walking shoes and appropriate outdoor clothing are suggested. This weather-dependent event is open to all ages.

Thomas More’s campus is located at 333 Thomas More Parkway in Crestview Hills, Ky. Participants are asked to park behind the Science Building located off of Renaissance Drive, just off Thomas More Parkway.
